We collect data about you when you register via the website (employers) or the app (locums). We do so in order to provide you with locum recruitment services as well as for administrative purposes.
The personal data that we collect include but not limited to your name, telephone number and email address. As a locum, we will also ask for details of who you would like to work for and your preferred work location(s).
What do we do with your data?
By registering with the website, it is understood that employers are actively seeking locum cover and by registering via the app, that locums are actively soliciting contact from prospective employers about locum work opportunities. If you are a locum we will therefore make your professional data available to employers to view.
Although the primary purpose of the website and app is to allow employers and locums to find each other, each registered locum has the ability to control which employer can notify the locum of any upcoming locum work through the work preferences option found within the “my profile” section on the app. Similarly, each registered store (employer) can select which locum receives priority notification of upcoming locum requirements, by using the Trustpool function when posting a new locum request via the website.
For locums, we will use your personal data to provide you with locum job notifications and emails, including details of each locum shift, reminder and cancellation emails when necessary. For employers (stores), we will use your data to notify you when a locum request had been accepted by a locum and if a booking has been cancelled by a locum.
Data Sharing and Transfers
Your personal data is stored on our servers which are in the United Kingdom. If we share your personal data with any third-party service provider in the course of providing you with our services, those third parties are required to process your data in accordance with contracts which comply with data protection legislation.
Access to your information and correction
We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up-to-date and will delete or amend any information that you think is inaccurate. Should you wish to delete your account please do so by visiting your store profile on the website (for employers) or via the menu section on the app (for locums). Amendments to your employer account can be made online by signing in to your account or on the app for locum accounts.
We aim to provide you with useful locum work-related services, however, you have the right to close your account at any time and have us delete all of your personal information unless we are in the process of responding to any complaint that you make.
